This Shipping & Return Policy explains how Yahweh’s Kids, LLC (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” “Our”) handles shipping, returns, and refunds for purchases made through http://www.yahwehskids.shop.
SHIPPING POLICY
1. Order Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During peak seasons, processing may take longer. If significant delays occur, We will attempt to notify You. Processing time does not include carrier transit time.
2. Shipping Methods (U.S. Only)
We currently ship only within the United States.
We use Shippo, a third-party shipping platform, to: compare shipping rates, generate shipping labels, and provide tracking updates.
At checkout, You will be shown all available U.S. shipping methods and estimated delivery windows. These estimates are provided by the carrier through Shippo and are not guaranteed by Yahweh’s Kids, LLC. Available options may include: Standard Ground Shipping, Expedited or Priority Services
Exact delivery estimates are displayed at checkout.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on: destination, weight and dimensions of your order, and selected shipping method.
All rates are provided through Shippo.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships:
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a Shippo-generated tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing the correct U.S. shipping address at checkout. If the order is returned due to an incorrect address: You will be responsible for reshipping costs. We are not liable for delivery delays, lost packages, or mis-delivered items caused by address errors.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once the carrier accepts your package, delivery is outside of our control.
We are not responsible for: carrier delays, weather issues, lost or stolen packages, or “delivered” packages that cannot be located.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of: the damaged product(s), and the original packaging.
We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier when applicable.
RETURN POLICY
1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return: Items must be in new, unused, unwashed condition. Items must be returned with all original packaging, tags, and documentation.
Items showing wear, damage, or removed packaging will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date.
3. Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following items are non-returnable:
Personalized or customized products, Digital content/services, Items accidentally damaged by the customer, Items inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method; We are not responsible for lost return packages.
5. Refund Process
After We receive and inspect your return: Approved refunds are issued within 14 days using the same payment method used for purchase.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the error was ours.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item: Return the original item, and Place a new order for the desired item.
7. Order Cancellations
If your order has not yet shipped, you may request a cancellation. Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product: Contact us within 48 hours. Provide your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
We will correct the issue promptly and cover return shipping costs when applicable.
